My prayer
no one is stronger than me
Your sweets acts make me think
awesome silence way to love
It's so realistic outside
our stupid realism
is more like a prison
where people feel safe
but safe from what...
Let your son be wise
let me feel realized
Let me enjoy my life
and understand its fights
Let my have sincere friends
Let me be what i am
Let me be really free to see
what life wants us to be

Thinking back, one more time
but it doesnt matter
I know things can change quickly
So fast you dont realize of what it is really going on
Maybe that is what it is happening to us
should I think it over?
should I let it be?
Just shut up
and keep on your way

I'm right,
No doubts, any more...

still missing you...
JÖNKÖPING meant too much for us, something impossible to be written or even recorded.
However, in its letters a great summary is hidden:
Jungle’s law: that was how we felt the first days although everything changed as soon as we learned to be wild animals.
Own: the city owns us. We belong to its history and obviously it has an important piece of us.
New: many things we lived there that we have never experienced before.
Key: it’s our future’s key. The way in which we got matured there will lead our very next future.
Owe: because the debt that we made there will be hard to be totally paid. We owe too much to the city.
Party: there’s nothing else to say. The word itself has its own life.
I: this is the match’s shape. Oh! Our loved Match House!
Nothing compared to this: only the ones who experienced what we did are able to understand all kind of those feelings that never will leave us.
Go to the previous letter: F, from fuck. No, man. There we made something more important than that. There we made Friends and FRIENDS to be written with capital letters.
Thanks, Jönköping!

People.
Plain motels.
Strong experiences,Unconfortable beds.
True friends.

It’s hard to explain.
The strength it gives us.
Every day, something that seems always new.
I would not stop myself anymore.
It opened my eyes,It let my soul Come outside my time.

LIVING IN JÖNKÖPING
My Swedish experience
I have always liked to travel and visit new places which brings new experiences to my life. Scouting and asking for new things is very common for me every time due to my personality. Actually my friends would say about me that I am always asking, sometimes too much. I really like to discover new spaces, new cultures and people from different origin who will offer you a distinct view of the world.
This is probably the main reason why I decided to come to Sweden in order to study.
Nevertheless, to be honest, before coming to Sweden and leaving my family and friends I was a little nervous because I have never lived on my own and especially not in a foreign country. Despite of my tension and doubts at the beginning, I thought that I always had liked the idea to go abroad and that it was pretty impressive for me so I could not reject this wonderful opportunity.
Besides, the chance of going abroad represents a big challenge for me in my life since I did not know how I was going to react when facing a new culture such as the Swedish one and the fact of living far away of my “normal life” for so long.
I believe that the easiest thing would have been to stay in Spain and finish the last year of my degree there, because I really like the place where I live in my country. It is a warm and nice place where I have all what I need in every moment.
However, I needed something else. I needed new challenges; get to know other cultures and new people who would show me their lives, their habits and their way of behaving.
I was looking for something different of what I have in Spain. Therefore coming to Sweden was definitely the best option to get to know all of this and discover unknown places for me.
Before travelling to this country for the first time, I did not have too much knowledge about Swedes and their real culture, although I had a general perception about this country because I had seen some TV documentaries about Swedish nature but not about the society and general culture. In Spain a kind of stereotype exists about Swedes, they are seen as cold people who work a lot and do not have too much relationship among each other.
Generally speaking, Spanish people see Sweden as a boring country where people do not go out very much and the climate is extremely bad. Before coming to Jönköping there were people in Spain who used to tell me that I would get bored in Sweden every day because there is nothing interesting to do so far north.
Besides, advices like “The best thing of Sweden is the beauty of women” were quite common between the general ignorance of people who share their opinion without having any idea about anything related to this place.
I came to Sweden to get to know new languages, cultures, and people from different parts of the world so I changed my mind and I started to mingle with international students much more often although they were not able to speak Spanish.
Actually this change involved a great improvement because since that moment I have met many people from a lot of countries in the world and I am continuously learning about them because we exchange information, ways of behaving and customs, that were unknown for me and I really feel glad of learning all those new habits and distinct cultures. However of course I miss a lot my family, my girlfriend and all my friends, but it is not that much time away.
During this period in Sweden I have noticed several differences between both countries what made me feel an intercultural shock because these are quite distinct places.
Probably the biggest change I noticed was the climate. I live in the Southeast of Spain, where the temperatures are quite high the whole year so this new weather was a shock for me, even a little bit difficult at the beginning but now, few months after, I can cope with it. I am really enjoying my time in Sweden, I am learning a lot every day although sometimes I really find some problems adapting to this new culture.
I encountered some problems during my stay in Sweden because of my lack of Swedish skills. Even though most Swedes can speak English very well, I have experienced situations which made me feel frustrated because sometimes I could not communicate with Swedes who could only speak Swedish or because I could not understand the recipes of Swedish products when cooking. These are two examples of the importance of knowing the native language.
One of the biggest changes I noticed during my first weeks in Jönköping is the quietness and the tranquillity you can feel in this city. Also Swedish schedule was a considerable change in my life because in Spain I used to have lunch at 3 pm whereas in Sweden I usually have lunch at 12.30 or I used to have a nap after lunch when in this country it would be a waste of time and light hours. These are examples of the intercultural shock which has been caused in my life since I came to this country.
Also during this time I tried to mingle with Swedes because it could really help me a lot to feel more integrated in this culture.
From my point of view Swedes people are a little bit shy even when you do not know them you can think that they are cold and very independent people.
However I have had the opportunity to relate to a lot of Swedes during these months and this first impression changed completely because they are not as boring and cold as people can believe. Once you are closer with them they are really nice, respectful and warm people who always try to make you feel comfortable in their country. Generally speaking I really like their character and I just can have nice words toward them because since I came to Sweden they have tried to help me in many ways.
I consider that few months after I came to Sweden I can have a better general view about this culture, and how people and Swedish society are. I can give a more contrasted opinion than before because I have been living in this context for a period of time.
In conclusion I would like to express my satisfaction with my stay in Jönköping; I am really comfortable in this city and in the university as well.
I am learning a lot, and the most important fact is that I already know a lot of wonderful people with whom I can share feelings, thoughts and dissimilar views of what we have in our origin countries.
In my opinion going abroad in order to study is a fantastic experience which become you in a more open minded person since you have to coexist with people from different cultures who can have other distinct religions or beliefs. Besides this International and intercultural experience could help you to grow up in many different ways.

HOW CAN TECHNOLOGY MAKE US LAZIER?
I think that this is one of the main objectives of new technological advances: enable human beings to enjoy more of life and make it as pleasant as possible.
Through the centuries, human beings have always tended to find out the solution of their daily troubles and fix them readily. Consequently, nowadays new technology has a lot of importance to solve all these problems.
Nevertheless sometimes new technologies are so efficient that it can even change people habits and ways of behaving.
From my point of view, new technologies are not the main reason why people become lazier. In my opinion it is the bad usage of these technologies what makes people idler.
Currently, we depend on new technologies in many life aspects, that is why is so important to have a good usage of them. Otherwise you can become a very lazy person for not making an efficient use of the available possibilities.
At first glance, it is clearly noticeable that technology advances make us work less than decades ago. These technologies are wonderful to make life uncomplicated and simpler but we have to control the usage we make of them.
For instance, such a great invention like the remote control was invented to makes you more comfortable while you are sitting in front of your TV.
Also it satisfies people who do not like to get out of the sofa each time they want to change the television channel.
Even though it does not involve any effort, nowadays is unthinkable to have a television without remote control. This small object has become essential for us, as a result when you can not find your television remote control you look for it desperately until you find it. It is so hard to get up every five minutes or less to change the channel!
This is only an example of how bad usage of technology can make us very dependent on technology.
On one hand I think these new technological inventions are quite useful if you know how to use them properly. You can enjoy quite a lot new technologies advances since they are essential in society. So if you control them there is not a reason to become dependent on them.
On the other hand I think that in the future, when new technologies will have improved a lot, the usage of them will be increased even more. Consequently society will become lazy because it will not be necessary to put big effort on doing the daily task since in few years is possible that new technological inventions like robots do all these hard everyday jobs that for us are not so pleasant to do.

THE LONG TAIL
THE LONG TAIL
The long tail describes certain business and economic models which can sell a greater volume of otherwise hard to find items at small volumes than of popular items at large volumes. The long tail includes many important factors and relevant facts which have a great influence in actual music and technologic business.
Currently, music industry has suffered a significant recession. In my opinion, it has been produced in certain way because of the high price of Compact disc established by big record discographies.
That fact has also caused a conflict between music industries and free music servers.
Economic disputes between music industries and technology which happened few years ago caused a lot of controversy in music business.
Record industry demanded particular users
of free downloading services like Kaaza therefore these records companies pressed charges against these free services because they violated royalties.
Nowadays, companies like Apple Computer, Microsoft or Buymusic.com have reached an agreement with record discographies in order to offer different alternatives which enable people to download music in a quite cheap way.
On one hand there are people who do not agree with this agreement.
They believe that music should be free for everyone so they do not consider fair to pay anything for downloading music from internet.
On the other hand, there are people who would not mind to pay a reasonable prize for music if they have the opportunity to choose the music the want to listen to. They also demand high quality products and fast services.
Here the triumph of companies like Apple comes. The ways this company work afford the user to have the chance to listen to music that they want to.
Moreover users do not have to pay for the whole CD if they are only interested in a couple of songs. Actually, you only have to pay for the songs you want to download but a very low price.
From my point of view in society today, we are used to listening to a very specific kind of music; we are forced to do it. Powerful companies make people to buy their products. They bombard the user with publicity at every time; they try to make you to listen to a kind of music the more time as possible. This happens also because the lack of media to show all the available contents produced nowadays in which there are a lot of people interested in.
Finally they will make you to like this music, so there will be more people interested in it, therefore they will be able to sell more amounts of products and consequently get more benefits. People accept media
That’s the way new big companies work, they know how to control music business and they do it every day.
